Top Tips
Fluids are critical to the success of this program. You must drink a minimum of 100 ounces of water every day. This is about 10 to 12 glasses of water every day. If you do not drink enough water your weight loss total will decrease. You may have 3 diet sodas, or 3 glasses of Crystal Lite every day. Tea (except as listed below) and Coffee should not be consumed. However if you do consume them be advised that caffeine and sugar substitutes can stimulate hunger. Alcohol may be consumed sparingly on this program.
Breaking a Stall -- virtually everybody will hit a point where their weight gain stops or stalls. If it goes beyond 3 days with no movement downwards, here are a few tips on how to break the dreaded stall:
- Break out the Madacamia nuts! Yes, adding in a handful of Macadamia nuts no more than twice a day can help. The high fat content that is then absorbed into your cells seems to activate the metabolic activity of Superior drops on the body. Be cautious that you still keep your total caloric intake at 1000 calories or less.
- Apple Day: Set aside 6 large apples (no more) and eat them over the next 24 hours. Drink even more water during this time period
