Sample Breakfast

  • Take Superior to HCG Diet Drops™; (1 dropper).
  • Take 1/2 dropper of B12 Complex.
  • 1-cup cereal (only Special K, Total, or Cheerios) and 1-cup of skim milk
  • or 2 eggs with 1 45-calorie piece of sliced toast. Or one-half cup of oatmeal (not instant) with 3 tbsp of Almond Milk or Skim Milk

Sample Lunch

Most spices should be used. You may use butter, olive oil, canola oil in moderation to cook, saute and in salads. Salt may also be used. Vinegar, lemon or lime may be used liberally. Tabasco sauce, soy sauce, picante sauce, and horseradish sauce are allowed in moderation. When using these spices, make sure there is NO SUGAR CONTENT (Sugar substitutes containing 0 calories may also be used)
